The Crime Scene Evidence and Jodi’s Statements:
Jodi states she was standing outside the shower taking pictures.

She is consistent with the gun shot taking place while Travis was in the shower.
The “accidental ceiling picture” happened DURING or AFTER she shot him.
The picture indicates the camera was far from the floor.
(This EFFECTIVELY proves Travis did NOT attack her. She never ran into the closet for the gun. She had it in her hand.)
“It’s like everything just stops. When you — when someone else is sitting there with a gun pointed to your head deciding your fate.”
“He was kneeling down in the shower and I don’t remember, if this is his shower and the sink is over here, I was like, right here taking pictures, and i don’t really know what happened after that, exactly, except I think he was shot”

SHE COULD HAVE RUN.
The evidence indicates Travis exited the shower (water marks on the box inside the linen closet/blood) and is on his knees.
“Travis was on all fours on the tile — and well, I say all fours, but one of his hands was actually holding his head.”
(Back stabbing may have occurred while Travis was still on his knees. They are straight in, knife angled, sharp side down.)
About those stab wounds %Georgie:
You stated she stabbed him over his shoulder as he attacked her. Well, if that’s true, she must have arms like Slenderman.
Jodi places herself by the tub:

Travis pulls up to the sink where he is stabbed in the back:
Travis staggers to his left toward the scale She stabs him in the chest, he goes to his knees. She stabs him in the head, he goes down on his back. She is to his right stabbing him in the chest.
Travis manages to get up and head down the hall to the exit door while she checks her cut finger, rinses it in the sink.
Jodi goes after him:

She slits his throat.

There is not ONE picture of him out of the shower attacking her, and for someone who claims she was attacked by a man bigger and stronger than her, where are her injuries? Her fingers? Cuts? 27 stab wounds and a slit throat earned her those.
Jodi was Jilted.
If she couldn’t have him, nobody could.

She had BOTH weapons on her at the time she killed him based on the timeline recorded by the images.
She had BOTH weapons in her purse. She stated that her purse was in the bathroom on the floor.

There are no documented cases of victims of domestic violence defending themselves with multiple weapons.

She states that her purse was in the bathroom. I’m going to guess, since she never left that bathroom until the deed was done, that the gun and the knife were both in her purse.

When the gun went off I didn’t know, that I had shot him, I thought it hit a wall, so as far as calling 911, immediately after it wasn’t an option, he lunged at me and we fell, and wrestled there for a quick second before I broke away.
